As Risque.com cleans their closets of Shayla LaVeaux material produced in 2012, we see they saved us the best for last (or first, as in “Happy New Year”).

The same Egypt-themed hotel stay which yielded the sunken bath and petraglyph chair photo sets also resulted in a collection of BTS pix in which a king-sized bed can be seen in the same suite. However, nothing of Shayla making use of this bed was ever published…until now! Shayla + toy + furniture is a formula we should all be familiar with, but like fireworks in the midnight sky, it never fails to excite. Consider this BTS content a post for the voyeurs. The complete scene will be coming shortly. You get a little bit of everything over there.

The content for this update consisted of a 46 images and 4 MP4 clips with a combined file size of 59 MB and an aggregate running time of 3:48. The lighting and picture clarity were particularly exceptional. Great job, D. Minion!

Meanwhile, over at Cytherea’s Wet World they finally published the G/G video for which Shayla served as the literal behind the camera talent back during AEE 2011. I understand this was the very last scene of Cheyenne Silver’s XXX career.

If you have been mulling over a career in adult entertainment, Shayla LaVeaux has some advice for you. There is also a continuation of the photo set from the preceding content update (now including some hands on participation by Nina Hartley), but that advice formed the main crux of the content update. Her counsel is sincere and compassionate and porn wannabes would do well to consider it.

The downloadable aspect to the update consisted of 70 hardcore G/G photos. There was also an additional bonus image of what had been an original monochrome pic of Shayla that has been artfully colorized in digital fashion. There was no video component.

The above image of Shayla LaVeaux (and Kristal Summers) is not as representative of the content within the update as others I have posted. Its main component was a scene originally released through femdommovies.com titled “You Lost It All, Loser”. I previously wrote about it in Shayla LaVeaux scene release update January 2013 [3]. I’m not going to repeat myself, but I will make a correction. Shayla.com has since abandoned SD/WMV format in favor of SD/MP4. The image component consisted of BTS pix taken by D.Minion of not just the actual shooting, but the preparation for it. D.Minion also composed the text component of the update: a fictionalized account of how the the scene was put together.

To sum up, the update consisted of one MP4 with a 23:37 run-time (279 MB file size) and an image set with 96 BTS photos. Admittedly, the version of the scene available at femdommovies.com is in a higher format, however, at Shayla.com you also receive the pix of Shayla and Kristal!

Subscription cost remains $20/month.

To mis-paraphrase an Orson Welles quote about Hollywood: the American Porn Industry is 2% film-fucking and 98% hustling. Thus, a decade ago the studios of KSEX Radio were an obligatory stop for any promotional enterprises. So, when Shayla LaVeaux wanted to promote her FANSEXXX series in 2004, a guest spot on Kylie Ireland’s old KYLIE LIVE show was very much in order. However, the hustling aspect of Shayla’s appearance was side-tracked by Kylie and they never quite returned to that topic (after spending less than 3 minutes on it). They did cover a bunch of other topics: some relevant to Shayla, some relevant to Kylie, and some relevant to co-host Daisy. There was a good time had by all, though, because it was the day after Kylie’s birthday and KSEX surprised her with an ice cream cake! There were pix of it on the old KSEX website, but those were not included as part of this update. The pictorial component of this update was an entirely unrelated set from that same general epoch of Shayla’s career.

The image component of this update consists of 70 HQ glamour stills.
There is no video component to this update.
The audio component is a 50:54 non-downloadable radio podcast presumably recorded May 27, 2004.
