On Thursday, Shayla and the Risque.com staff (plus special guest photographer Chris King) took a trip to the great outdoors. By that I mean they shot content in a beautiful part of the Nevada desert. This was hardly Shayla’s first nude photo shoot in an arid environment, but it will be her first posing in this particular arid environment. There will be stills. There will be video. There might even be a geological lecture on audiotape. Might as well dream big.
Well, this latest content update featured the aforementioned stills at any rate — 91 of them! Unfortunately, there was no video component to this update, but these are far and away the most beautiful photos of Shayla LaVeaux enjoying herself in a natural setting that I have ever seen. She is quite excited about these stills and her fans should be, too.

This was something of a triple-update as the 10/01/12 content update at Risque.com was also Shayla-centric, continuing the photo set from the 09/30/12 update at Shayla.com. Normally, I’d prefer to post an Update Alert within 48 hours of a content update at Shayla.com. However, personal entries by Shayla LaVeaux are such rare and infrequent gems, we leave each new one spotlighted individually for at least a couple of days. In other words, Shayla was supposed to make that post last weekend, but due to a tragicomedy of ISP miscommunication the entry was delayed by half a week.
Returning to the issue on hand…Back during AEE 2011 Shayla LaVeaux was sharing a hotel room with Cheyenne Silver. At one point Cytherea came over and it was decided that she and Cheyenne could shoot an impromptu G/G bubble-bath video. Shayla had a previously scheduled appointment and didn’t want her hair and make-up mussed so she volunteered to act as videographer until it was time for her to leave. As you can see, Shayla did not want her clothes getting wet, either.
The photo set component of the 09/30/12 update consisted of 47 BTS pix of the making of that video. However, the video component of the update was NOT the Cytherea+Cheyenne scene just described. Rather it’s a video made during Shayla’s trip to Las Vegas in July 2012! Shot in the same session as her pearl string and bathtub shoots featured in the August content updates, it’s a rather simple affair featuring a hot chick playing with a plastic dick while seated in an armchair. OK, not that simple. To go along with the main 3:29 video is a 48-second BTS video and 25 “pretty girl” stills shot by the Grand Poobah, himself! Unfortunately, all the pix are nude, so no sample.
The Risque.com update for 10/01/12 was a 47-pic photo set showing what happened the morning after the Cheyenne+Cytherea bubble-bath when Gram Ponante dropped by to interview the women for his website.
A highlight reel of Shayla’s interview is available in the Free Section of Shayla.com.
Where do I start? Well how about 5 months ago? … Here’s the short and sweet version. …
Starting in April – Aug ish I was living in a construction zone. I had some remodeling done to my house and it took forever!! Thank goodness that’s over!! I volunteered at a retirement community planting Permaculture (agroforestry) gardens. Hard work but, so rewarding!! It was so cool, the residents started all of the plants from seed. We created / planted the gardens, and the kitchen produced delicious organic meals for the residents. I love gardening and I learned so much, I now have a Permaculture garden too.
As you all know I love concerts, especially at Red Rocks. … This year I only made it to 2 at RR — Gotye Aug 22 (one of the most amazing individual artists I have ever witnessed — AMAZING!), and Brit Floyd (last week). They were really good, but I hear the Australian Floyd is a lot better. … I’ll have to see for myself!! On May 7th I saw Roger Waters at the Pepsi Center. … Honestly, after that everything pales in comparison. I could see that show again and again!!!! Speaking of Again … July 26 a group of us went to see Neil Diamond. … My mom loves him, and my sis and I grew up with his songs. So it has become a tradition. … When he’s in town we GO!!
I spent time with family — went to the museum and saw Yves S.t Laurent. Denver was so lucky to get that exhibit!!! Leonardo da Vinci has come to town, so that’s next!! I have been traveling quite a bit and shot a few movies (web content also) — as you know from E’s helpful Blog updates. … Thank u!!!
Sept 8 – 15 I went on an Alaskan Cruise with my Mom and Aunt. OMG … It was breathtaking. I will def. be taking many more trips there. I’ll put together a blog with more details and pix.
I have been canning — peaches from Palisades, pickles from the garden, and finished my 1st round with jams — grape and plum from my yard, along with apricots from a friend. I even made my 1st serviceberry pie, which turned out GREAT if I do say so myself!!
Last weekend I trimmed all of the flowers, cut and hung all of my herbs to dry … basil, lavender, sage and oregano. Yesterday I went on one of the last fall hikes of the season. It was so beautiful, and the sights, sounds (Aspen leaves), and smells of fall are amazing!! Snow and rain are rollin’ in tomorrow. … Brrrrrrr!!!! I see a hot toddy and a fire in my future. … Anyone want to join me?
Remember me writing how Risque.com has their own content updates and every so often Shayla LaVeaux material is included them?
In this update by D. Minion, she imparts her perspective of Shayla’s July trip to Las Vegas. The BTS photo set she posted has 52 images, 34 of which depict Shayla in various modes of (un)dress. To represent the update I could have selected a picture of Shayla dining, drinking, or lounging about Las Vegas lounges, but instead chose the one above showing Chris King, whose photos made up the 08/01/12 update at Shayla.com. I selected it because the piece is (unintentionally?) hilarious from a compositional standpoint. Also note that Mr. King injured his left leg while on this assignment. True artists suffer for their craft, you see. Thanks, Dude.
