Shayla LaVeaux liked the Nevada desert so much, she had to do it again!
But this time she shared her adventure with a completely different set of friends…and by “friends” I mean photographic unit. This shooting engagement was even less formally structured than the one in January, meaning Shayla had even more time to lounge around Las Vegas than usual. Shayla describes (sort of) how it went….*

I had a blast!!!

A long-time fan was going to attend a photographers work shop in Las Vegas. He jokingly asked if I would like to come over for a few photo shoots with him. Since I’m always up for an adventure in Sin City, I said “yes”. Then it got serious — he booked me for a modeling gig with all travel and expenses paid!

The Wednesday evening that I arrived he took me out to a really nice dinner, then we went back to the room for a photo shoot.
Thursday, things didn’t go exactly as planned, he had a few things come up with a lady friend, but I met up with them later and we gambled some. That evening we went to an amazing restaurant at the Wynn; followed by a show (guess which one).

Friday, we went to Red Rock Canyon to shoot photos of me frolicking amid scenic nature. Saturday, they flew back to NY.

I stayed the one extra day in Las Vegas to meet up with an old friend who was attending the 2014 Kobalt 400/NASCAR Weekend. We got together for some drinks and then went to check out Mystere. A good show, but, I had forgotten I had already seen it!
